This end unit townhouse has two bedrooms and two full baths. The living room is beautifully furnished including a flat panel TV and has plenty room for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is complete down to the skylight and is a convenient few steps from the main living area.
Out back you will see birds, rabbits, roadrunners and every variety of cacti. Enjoy beautiful mountain views from our private and sunny brick patio equipped with a gas BBQ for those evening cook-outs.

The master bedroom has plenty of room with a king size bed and is joined by a private bath with skylight. There are two large closets for storage. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and lots of storage.
This is a non-smoking home. Sorry no pets.
All of our homes have air conditioning, high speed internet access including a wireless (WiFi) connection and broadcast TV in the living room.
All TV's include FREE instant movies from Netflix and Sling Live TV streaming to enjoy all your sports and lifestyle channels from any TV in the home. The living room TV is equipped to receive local broadcast channels as well. To make things easy, we have provided detailed instructions on how to use our services and our televisions in each home.
Take a short 5 min walk or 2 minute drive to the Desert Hills Social Center. Enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, shuffleboard, fitness room, classes and more. Tenant Cards for access to Green Valley Recreation are available at a nominal fee.
There are numerous nearby golf courses and you’re only 22 miles from Tubac and 39 miles from Nogales, Mexico. Also less than a half hour away is Madera Canyon, a world-renowned location for bird watching. You will have easy access to grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants and medical services. Need more? You are within 20 miles of Tucson for additional shopping and other amenities. Great location for golfing, birding, hiking, cycling or swimming.

Housekeeping: We are committed to keeping you safe and healthy. Our homes are cleaned prior to your arrival using current industry standards and guidelines.
There is a cleaning fee for each stay. The home is equipped with bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, soap and starter kitchen supplies. In order to make your stay as comfortable and as stress-free as possible you will not need to do laundry on your day of departure. The beds will be made up with fresh linens when you arrive and fresh towels will be laid out.
Deposit/Cancellations/Payments: A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. It is preferred that payments be made by cash or check, there is an option to pay with a credit card. An additional credit card processing fee will be charged. All payments are payable in US dollars. All payments are non-refundable.
